Since 2016

Our company Fytocare UK owns an olive oil tree farm at Sitia, Crete and is a member of the Zakros Cooperative at Sitia, Crete, Greece. Since 2024, we represent, import and distribute in the UK, the Extra Virgin Olive Oil ‘ADELΦOS’ (PDO Sitia) and ‘Angelakis FAMILY’ (PDO Sitia), which are extracted and bottled by the Zakros Cooperative.

The EVOO comes solely from the ‘Koroneiki’ variety by cold extraction. The production, bottling and packaging are carried out under ISO 22000 of the Food Safety Management System.

Due to the special climatic and soil conditions of the area the produced EVOO is of superior quality, sensory characteristics and nutritional value. It is recognized worldwide and has won many awards for Quality and Taste at International Olive Oil Competitions.
